You must be 21 years of age or older to browse, create an account, or order. By using our site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• Account & contact: name, email, phone, password (hashed), and optional saved delivery address.
• Order details: items ordered, delivery address, notes, payment method (cash on delivery), and order status history.
• Identity verification: government ID and/or medical documents you upload for age verification and compliance. These are treated as sensitive.
• Device & usage: basic technical data (browser type, pages viewed) and, if enabled, analytics such as Google Analytics.

3. How we use information

• Process and deliver orders (cash on delivery).
• Verify you are 21+ and eligible to receive age-restricted products.
• Communicate about orders, account security, and support.
• Improve the site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

4. Identity documents

Uploaded ID or medical documents are used only for verification and fulfillment. Drivers or staff may request to view a physical ID at the door. We do not sell your documents. Access is limited to personnel who need them for compliance or delivery. You may request deletion of stored documents via your account or by contacting us, subject to legal retention needs for completed orders.

5. Sharing

We may share information with delivery staff, payment/cash handling as needed for COD, email providers, hosting providers, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and local storage for sessions, cart, wishlist, age-gate acknowledgment, and preferences (such as theme or language).

7. Retention & security

We keep order and account records as needed for operations and law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission is fully secure.

8. Your choices

You may update profile/address information in your account, request document removal, and opt out of non-essential marketing emails where applicable. Order and transactional emails are required to fulfill purchases.

9. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
