These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Moonlight Delivery website and discreet delivery of age-restricted smoke-shop products. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Age requirement (21+)

You must be at least 21 years old. We may refuse service if we cannot verify age. Providing false age information is prohibited.

2. Products & compliance

We sell smoke-shop and related age-restricted merchandise for adult customers only. You are responsible for complying with local laws where you receive delivery. We may cancel orders that we believe violate law or these Terms.

3. Orders & cash on delivery (COD)

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payment is cash on delivery. Exact change may be requested. Orders are subject to product availability, delivery capacity, and acceptance after verification.

4. Identity verification

You must provide a valid government ID and/or required documentation when prompted (upload and/or at the door). We may refuse or cancel delivery if ID is missing, expired, mismatched, or appears altered.

5. Delivery & refusal at the door

Delivery is attempted to the address you provide. We may refuse delivery and cancel the order (without completing the sale) if:

• no adult 21+ is present;
• valid ID cannot be verified;
• cash payment cannot be completed;
• the location appears unsafe or outside our service practices; or
• we reasonably suspect fraud or diversion to minors.

In those cases, products remain our property and will not be left unattended.

6. Discreet delivery

We aim for discreet packaging and delivery practices. You agree to receive orders responsibly and not to resell to minors.

7. Pricing, taxes & fees

Prices, taxes, and fees shown at checkout apply to that order. We may correct obvious errors and cancel affected orders with notice.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonlight Delivery is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or delivery services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be noted by updating the “Last updated” date.
